This policy explains what information Casa Moderna collects through casamodernaus.com, what it is used for, and who else handles it. "We" and "us" mean Casa Moderna.
What we collect
What you send us. The contact form asks for your name, your email address and your phone number, and lets you add a company name and notes. We receive exactly what you type into it. We do not ask for payment details, and the site has no accounts or logins.
How the site is used. We measure visits with two services:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and reports the pages, referring sites, countries and device types in aggregate. It sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
- Google Analytics, which uses cookies to recognize a returning browser and records the pages visited, how the visitor arrived, and the device, browser and approximate location derived from the IP address.
What any website receives. Our host, Cloudflare, processes the IP address and browser details of every request in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
We use what you send through the form to reply to you and to discuss the project you describe. We use the analytics reports to understand which pages are read and to improve the site.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
- Formspark receives the contact form, filters spam, stores the submission and forwards it to us by email.
- Cloudflare hosts the site, provides Web Analytics, and checks the contact form for bots with Turnstile.
- Google provides Google Analytics and the map on the home page and the contact page. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.
Each of these services processes information on our behalf, or under its own policy where stated.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our ordinary business records. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, using the details at the end of this page.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new date at the top.
